Ethical Granting: We're all about doing things the right way. Our grants come with strict ethical standards to ensure that every dollar goes where it's needed most.
Manageable Grants: Organizations should be using their limited time and staff on the people that serve. That's why our grants are designed to be easy to manage, with reporting requirements that don't take away from the important work they are doing every day.
Targeted Support: Our focus is on targeting our grants to address the most pressing needs in a community, so grant recipients can make a real impact where it counts and to the places that matter to our volunteers.
Noncompetitive Approach: We won't ask people to apply for grants they can't get. We believe in approaching nonprofits doing important work in a humble way to ensure they are able to get the resources they need, not comepte against each other for scraps.
